VIP Membership Client
You are a valued VIP member at Diva K. The following policies apply to your membership.
๐ณ Deposits & Payments
No Deposit Required
As a VIP membership client, no booking deposit is required for your scheduled membership appointments.
Membership Payments
Your membership fee is automatically debited weekly or fortnightly as per your membership agreement. Please ensure funds are available on your payment date.
โฐ Rescheduling & Cancellations
48+ Hours Notice
You may reschedule or cancel your membership appointment with no penalty โ your rescheduled appointment must be within 1 week either side of your original appointment date for your membership to continue as normal.
Less than 48 Hours Notice
Your appointment is forfeited. The visit will be marked as used from your membership allocation with no replacement appointment provided.
No Show
Your appointment is forfeited and marked as used from your membership allocation.
Extra Appointments Between Membership Visits
If you would like an additional appointment outside of your scheduled membership visits, the full service fee is required at the time of booking. Alternatively, you may wait until your next scheduled membership appointment.
โ Late Arrivals
$20 Late Fee
Arriving 15 or more minutes late without prior contact will incur a $20 late fee. This protects the time of your technician and other clients.

Nail Maintenance & Aftercare
3-Day Grace Period
If a nail is lifting or charms fall off within 3 days of your initial appointment, please notify me. I will fix them for free at my next available appointment.
Repairs After 3 Days
Any repair after the 3-day grace period incurs a $5+ fee per nail.
Client Responsibility
I am not responsible for how you treat your nails. A number of factors โ daily tasks, work, lifestyle โ will affect how long your nails last.
Aftercare Instructions
I will go through aftercare instructions at your appointment. I also have a sign in the salon and you will receive a post-appointment text with all aftercare information.
No Free Repairs
I do not repair nail breakages caused by the client for free. I do not do nail repairs on sets that are 2+ weeks old for free. Fees will apply.
Hema-Free Salon
All products used at Diva K are HEMA-free. If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, please advise me before your appointment.
๐ Studio Rules
One Client at a Time
I will not take two clients at once. One client in the salon at a time โ this includes back-to-back appointments. One client per appointment slot.
No Children
Children are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment unless previously arranged with me.
No Extra Guests
Friends, parents and partners are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment unless previously arranged. This is your time โ and you deserve it all to yourself! ๐
